A. Spend 15 mins working on complex - Clean pull + Clean + Front squat
B. EMOM for 14 mins
even - 3 cleans at 75% of A (add weight as we go if you're feeling hot)
odd - 10 pushups, 5 hspu if your name is Kyle, Brandon, or Tim
