Class is ON!

The roads are mostly melting slush now, so we are going to have class! See y'all today at 5:30!

A. Deadlift, sets of 5 @50,60,65,70, and 75% of most recent max!

B. 5 sets:
10 front each lunges (5/leg)
10 lateral bar burpees

C. Plank walk relay
